The Anderson is kind of an Instant Classic — it will immediately make its way into your regular rotation, and it will feel like you’ve had the thing for years. In short, it’s a perfect around-town shirt that works well when commuting in hot temps, heading out for errands or beers, or throwing on after you’ve just skinned up Mt. Hood and have headed down to Trillium Lake.

I’ve now also worn the Anderson on long hikes, 40-hour / 4-flight trips, and a whole bunch of other stuff. The shirt is very thin and lightweight, and the hotter the weather, the happier I am that I’m wearing it and not some other shirt.

Fit

The shirt’s “regular” fit works great for me in a size Medium — not too baggy, not too tight — so I’d suggest sticking with your normal casual shirt size in the Anderson SS.

This is an extremely easy piece to recommend.
