Once you’ve reached the top of Marte, if you head skier’s left, you’ll come to this view from Cerro Los Fósiles.
The highest rock formation in the distance (it looks like a shark fin) is known as “Leñas,” and it is where the ski resort gets its name. Fantastic backcountry skiing lies below the peak of Leñas.
